Executive Director Ron Mosby Invited to Participate at OCDCA Visioning Workshop

Norwood Together Executive Director was invited to participate at the OCDCA Visioning Workshop in Columbus, Ohio earlier this September. on the 11th. The OCDCA, the Ohio Community Development Corporation Association is the leading organization in Ohio for non-profits which focus on community, business, and housing development.

The Leadership Development Workshop was comprised of a select group of CDC Executive Directors, who were brought together to formulate a leadership development curriculum for Executive Directors for statewide CDCs. They spent a constructive four hours together, intermingling and working through a full agenda. Executive Director Mosby described the workshop as productive and lively. He believes the OCDCA did a very good job capturing the concerns of the leaders who were present and listening to their feedback.
The Visioning Workshop will reconvene at a later time to reevaluate the initial plan laid out by this event and move forward with developing the curriculum.
